PAUL, APOSTLE OF CHRIST MOVIE REVIEW

Paul, Apostle of Christ movie is the story of two great men, who gave their lives for Christ and their faith. Luke, played by Jim Caviezel, a disciple and physician, risks his life to venture into the city of Rome to visit Paul, played by James Faulkner, who is held captive in Nero’s darkest, bleakest prison cell.

I was able to attend a pre-screening of the movie on February 13th at a theater near me with my daughter Ashley.  It is a powerful movie with a relevant message for our troubled times. After leaving the theater, I felt encouraged to continue to walk closer to the Lord, this movie deepened my faith. It is a story of courage, faith, hope, but above all it is a story of love.  Love is the way to heal a broken world and the only thing stronger than evil.

The Romans were violent when persecuting the Christians, however the Christians resist peacefully while spreading the message that love is the only way to conquer evil.
